Equipment Purchases:

Kingsbridge Healthcare offers top dollar for certain medical and surgical equipment and instrumentation. We are interested in what you have as it will likely benefit another medical facility, doctor or veterinarian in other parts of the country or the world. Our broad expertise will provide a quick assessment of equipment fair market value with payment shortly thereafter. In addition, we can also take your older equipment in on trade towards the purchase of other pre-owned, fully refurbished equipment. Also, please ask us about our financing options.

KBH will make an offer on your equipment prior to it leaving your facility. If the equipment is inspected before the offer, payment will be made prior to pickup / shipment. If the current owner of the equipment wishes it to be inspected in our facility, KBH make an offer for the equipment (subject to inspection) and will pay all shipping expenses to our facility. If the equipment is found to be in good condition, we will expedite payment to the owner of the equipment. If the equipment is in need of repairs, we will revise our offer accordingly to be in line with the value of the equipment, less our cost to repair it. If the results of the inspection and any revised offer for the equipment due to its condition is not acceptable to the current owner, then we will ship the equipment back to the owner at the expense of KBH.

Equipment Sales:

Kingsbridge Healthcare sells pre-owned medical equipment to 15 countries around the world. We are proud of our reputation (as repeat business is important to us) and strive to excel in all areas of customer service including communication, logistics and quality control. Our main goal on every transaction is to have you as a customer for the long term.

Guarantee - All of our equipment is covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee. If our equipment is delivered in less than acceptable condition as represented during the sales process we will either replace it immediately or refund your money.

Shipment Policy - No merchandise will be shipped to P.O. boxes. Delivery time is based on the shipping options selected. By default, we use Fed Ex for domestic shipments and USPS Economy for international unless specified / requested differently.

Return Policy - All returns are acceptable within 15 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. KBH is not responsible for any shipping charges on merchandise being returned. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if returned in its original packing materials with all documentation and in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged is not the responsibility of KBH.

KBH warranties all of its products against defects in materials and workmanship (parts and labor) for a period of 90 days to 12 months depending on the device or instrument. Additional warranty may be purchased for an additional fee. The warranty shall not cover any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, excessive wear & tear or accidental damage. In addition, KBH will not be responsible or any freight charges incurred if equipment is determined to be damaged through misuse or mishandling. Warranty shall be null and void if equipment has been sent to an outside vendor for parts or labor during the warranty period. Warranty is not transferable to another facility or 3rd party unless agreed to in advanced by KBH.
